Just like we all tackle our New Year’s resolutions, I invite you to explore actionable measures where you can contribute to building a better culture of belonging.

Advocate for Inclusive Policies: 

  • Support and advocate for policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at local, national, and global levels.

  • Engage with lawmakers and participate in discussions that shape legislation around discrimination, social justice, and equal opportunities.

Use Your Platform to Amplify Voices: 

  • If you have a platform, whether on social media or in your community, use it to amplify voices that often go unheard.

  • Share stories and experiences that shed light on the beauty of diversity and the challenges marginalized communities face.

  • Support and promote diverse artists, writers, and content creators.
